Further expansion into the SME sector

To help develop our presence in the rapidly growing SME leasing market we are delighted to announce the acquisition of Austin Vehicle Contracts for an undisclosed sum. The owner of the business Lynn Austin remains with the company and brings with her a wealth of client contacts and fleet industry experience. Lynn is joined by Mark Rodway who will bolster the sales support and administrative function in line with the expected increase in business volume.

Supporting the acquisition is a significant IT investment that is an integral part of our ambitious 3 year plan to grow the business. Our Operations Director Richard Hipkiss commented “From the moment we first met Lynn it was clear that the combined business would accelerate the growth that both organisations were seeking. We were delighted agree the terms of the deal very quickly and in a short space of time Lynn has already demonstrated that she will be a valuable asset to our business.”
